MONO samples stay MONO for me Stereo stay stereo. I used to use the 8-outs on my 2000 but started sampling into Pro Tools then sending to the MPC through SPDIF, then back to Pro Tools via SPDIF. I found a huge improvement in sound quality...BTW the…

I had Diamond; but I gotta agree with the statement. LES and Buckwild, Dres, Showbiz, EMB...hell that whole list is killer.

Gotta agree with Black Milk as a choice as far a newer producers go; and 9th gotta be in there too.
